Women in STEM & promoting research and engineering among young students

Member of the Committee "Women@SCIE" of the Spanish Scientific Society of Computer Science (SCIE). 2021 - today.
This committee, integrated by representatives of the Spanish associations for the different Computer Science research areas, seeks to analyze and promote the presence of women in research in Computer Science in Spain.
Member of the organizing committee of Una Ingeniera en Cada Cole. 2020, 2019, 2018.
In this initiative, women who professionally work in engineering fields give workshops and talks at Primary schools, increasing the visibility of their work, and fostering interest in engineering and related areas in a learning-by-doing environment.

Contest in which Primary and Secondary school students have to investigate their accomplishments and write a Wiki entry on relevant women in the fields of Computer Science and Information Technology.
European Researchers' Night 2023: De tú a tú con investigadoras de #CientíficaEnTuBarrio. Zaragoza, 29/Sep/2023.
Dissemination event which encompasses varied activities designed to bring researchers and their work closer to the wide public. It included an informal panel/conversation with female researchers, which I shared with six colleagues from the University of Zaragoza.
